Assessment can be a collaborative and empowering process.
It's about documenting and making sense of your experience and doesn't need to be stressful.
Whether you are seeking personal clarity or formal documentation, there are flexible, supportive and evidence-based pathways to understanding your unique neurotype.
Why Choose Neurospice & Everything Nice?
The Boutique Advantage = Dedicated Focus
1. One Assessment Per Day
I don’t run a high-volume "assessment mill". I've worked in my fair share of busy clinics for nearly 20 years, but I intentionally limit my practice to one assessment per day.
This means you aren’t just another appointment squeezed into a busy schedule. You have my undivided professional focus for the duration of the diagnostic interview process and I'm not rushing you out the door because someone else is waiting.
2. Efficient Report Completion
One of the most stressful parts of a diagnostic assessment is the wait for results. Since I only book one assessment client per day, I aim to have the report to you within days, not weeks.
3. Direct Access to the Practitioner
From the first phone call to the final feedback session, you deal directly with me. This ensures a consistent, thorough, and highly professional experience.
4. A Calmer, Low-Stress Environment
Clinical environments can be overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent individuals. My clinic remains a quiet, calm, and predictable space. There are no crowded waiting rooms or back-to-back appointments, allowing for a more relaxed and accurate assessment process. My room is neuro-friendly. You choose the lighting, background noise, seating and pace.
5. Combined Assessment is Standard
I don't make you choose between an Autism or ADHD assessment. Because these neurotypes so often overlap, we screen for both as standard practice at no additional cost. This ensures you get a broader picture of how you process, how you focus, and how you experience the world.
6. Person Centred & Accessible Care
We provide a professional, safe, and sensory-friendly environment for your assessment.
You can choose to see us:
In-Clinic: At our professional suites in Midland & South Guildford.
Online: Via secure Telehealth from anywhere in Australia.
Choose Your Pathway:
We offer several diagnostic packages depending on the level of documentation you require.

Option 1: The Streamlined Assessment
Best for: Personal understanding
Designed for school leavers and adults who want to "know for sure" but do not require extensive paperwork for government funding or workplace advocacy.
Inclusions:
Full clinical interview (2–3 hours).
Analysis of all pre-assessment questionnaires (self & observer).
Diagnostic formulation for both Autism and ADHD.
The Outcome: A formal Diagnostic Summary Letter (2–3 pages) confirming the diagnosis and providing brief recommendations.
Investment: $1600
Deposit to start the process $499
Payment plans available

Option 2: The Comprehensive Assessment
Best for: If you want detailed knowledge of your neurotype and individual results from each test.
Note: University and workplace adjustments generally only require a summary report, however for NDIS evidence, and medical referrals. For example, If you move cities or see a new psychiatrist for medication, they will often refuse to prescribe stimulants (for ADHD) unless they see the comprehensive assessment and evidence ruling out other conditions).
This is a "deep dive" into your neuro-cognitive profile.
Inclusions:
Everything in the Streamlined package including the Diagnostic Summary Report (2-3 pages).
Full Diagnostic Report (20–30 pages): A detailed analysis of your sensory profile, executive functioning, communication style, and strengths.
Results Session: A 15-minute phone/video call to walk through your findings. Optional extra 50m debrief for an added fee ($220 - rebates available with MHTP).
The Outcome: A summary report for education institutions, or work accommodations. Also, a detailed report suitable for psychiatrists (for ADHD medication), NDIS applications or formal complex support requests in work & study contexts.
Investment: $2650
Deposit to start the process $699
Payment plans available

Option 3: The NDIS Add-On: Functional Capacity Assessment
(Available only to clents who meet diagnostic criteria).
A diagnosis confirms what you are experiencing; the NDIS needs to know how it impacts your life. A diagnostic report alone is rarely enough for NDIS access.
If you are pursuing funding, we can seamlessly transition from your diagnostic assessment into a Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA).
What it involves: A detailed functional interview to investigate the "invisible" barriers you face in self-care, domestic life, and community participation (e.g., executive dysfunction and sensory regulation).
The Outcome: A specialized, NDIS-compliant report (using tools like the Vineland-3) designed to evidence "substantially reduced functional capacity."
Investment: $2500-3200 depending on requirements- Request a customised quote (10-hour package). Payment plans available.

Child Neurodevelopmental Screening & School Observations
We offer a "Screening & Observation" pathway specifically for school-aged children.
We know that jumping straight into a full diagnostic assessment for a child can feel overwhelming and expensive when you're not even sure you need them.
We can do preliminary screening for you so you can see whether there is sufficient evidence to warrant spending more time and money on a full diagnostic process.
This includes conducting initial neurodevelopmental screenings by inviting parents/carer/s, teachers or other observers to complete psychometric surveys, provide verbal or written feedback and you have the option to request structured observations in the classroom.
I provide a professional summary report that can assist you to make informed decisions about next steps and whether to pursue full diagnostics.
If you do decide to go further, these reports support pediatricians in making accurate, timely diagnoses. This gives you a huge headstart if you're already on the wait-list for a paediatrician.
Instead of the first paediatric session being an intake where you're sent back out to do more tests and a follow up appt in several weeks you go in ready with information to get the maximum value from your paediactric appointment.
I provide:
Neuro-developmental Child Screening for Autism & ADHD, learning, sensory and information processing differences.
Basic Package - Starts at $499 (psychometrics + parent/teacher interview).
Extras Package - $799 plus travel costs $50 within 30k of CBD (psychometrics, interviews & school observation (Perth Metro only).
